215 , Sounds heavy ?? .. Yeah feels too.. , but Good thing about it is "  I have lots to loose and cherish about .." .

12PM -  Rice pilaf + chicken
2PM - Dal ,Rice
7PM- Pizza slice (2) + coke
10PM- Roti(2), dal , sabzi

Stairs - 30 Cal
Walk - 140 Cal
Weights - Bench press, shoulders, legs
